Yes, a deposit may be required for certain services or for first-time bookings to secure your slot. This will be adjusted against your final bill.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a fee on your next booking.
Please arrive on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting other clients.

At Coco Nails, your safety comes first. Every tool is sterilised in a hospital-grade autoclave between clients, and all files, buffers and disposable items are single-use only. We sanitise stations before and after every appointment, use fresh linens and towels, and follow strict hand-washing and glove protocols. If you have allergies, skin sensitivities or existing nail conditions, let us know before your appointment so we can adjust our products and approach accordingly.
To keep your set looking fresh, avoid soaking your hands in water for the first 24 hours after your appointment. Wear gloves when cleaning or doing dishes, and apply cuticle oil daily to keep nails and surrounding skin hydrated. Avoid using your nails as tools to open cans or peel labels, as this can cause lifting or breakage. If you notice any lifting, cracking or discolouration, contact us rather than picking at the set yourself. Book a removal or refill every 2–3 weeks to maintain nail health.
